As the buyers agent this title company refused on ALL occasions to communicate with the proper parties involved. They did not notify the buyers agent that a closing was happening and instead went through a 3rd party company to facilitate communication behind the backs of the proper people involved. Although the closing happened (EXTREMELY LATE) this company has gone out of their way to ensure they provide little to no support or communication.
Rest assured that as a Realtor, I will never use this company again and any buyer that may have to work with them will be given this information so they can decide if they choose to work with them in the future. Absolutely horrible in every way.
