I have home owner and automobile insurance with Mercury Insurance company handle by a broker named "D.", when my rental property policy expired, I asked him to quote for me a landlord policy, after received a quote, the price is too high - he quote with "S." Insurance company - I asked him to requote for me with Mercury Insurance because I think with home owner and automobile policies which I already had with Mercury the price should be lower, after waited for a month and no responded from "D." broker, I went online and found "Sun Pacific Insurance Broker" and I asked for a landlord policy for my rental property using Mercury Insurance, after couple days I received a quoted from Sun Pacific Ins Broker with Mercury Insurance and the price is lower then "S." Insurance company, after reviewed the quote I asked Sun Broker to modify some items to fit my need and within couple days I got new quote which is best fit for me.

Thanks for Sun Pacific Insurance's customer service for quick respond and keep good relationship with customers. I hope all Insurances brokers will treat customers good like Sun Pacific regardless how long the customers with company. I knew a lot of brokers Insurance treated "long time" customers really bad because they think those long time customers either lazy or stupid and never go any where, so either increasing their price very high or don't bother to work with "long time" customers like my previous "D." broker.

Sun Pacific did an excellent job of finding me the best rates possible for my vehicles. They went above and beyond to assure all of my insurance needs were meet and at a great price. In the past, I've signed up for my insurance through online websites and have never felt like I was adequately or properly insured. I saw the great Yelp reviews about Sun Pacific and made arrangements to meet with "Charlie." We met and spoke on several occasions and because of her, I opted to have Sun Pacific manage all of my insurance policies. I had been a customer of Mercury for many years. Due to financial constraints I switched to Hartford Insurance through AARP years ago so I could pay on a monthly basis. It has cost me in excess of thousands over 10 years. After another raise in premiums I recently called SP and spoke to Charlie. I was referred to Charlie @ Sun Pacific Insurance Brokers by my neighbor / friend. I needed to get an auto insurance quote because my kids are starting to drive & my current insurance more than doubled & would not allow my 16 year old permitted driver to drive without his own coverage, so my my premiums would have more than tripled with him on the policy.

I called, asked for Charlie & she helped me right away. The new policy she quoted cut my insurance payments in half & my son is covered without additional payments until he gets his license.
