The agent, he's very nice. Its a good insurance company. but the lady who answers the phone calls is VERY RUDE and has a TERRIBLE attitude and EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL.

If you need insurance of any kind this is the place. You can't go wrong. Promise

Harry is a claim master! He helped me so much at the time of the claim it was unbelievable. He completely went out of his way and truly put effort into helping me. He covered every area of the claim and made the process very smooth. I have never heard of an agent to be this helpful at the time of the claim. I thought at the time of writing the policy, his job was done but he actually put even more effort at the time it was needed. Harry truly went out of his way to help me and because of this I am a lifetime client.

Susie goes above and beyond, she not only helped me with transitioning my insurance to fit my new car, she showed me how to upload photos from my cell phone to my computer in just a few easy steps!
