Alicia from this office went above and beyond when some suit from upper management wanted to potentially cancel my insurance because they didn't have an answer of an at fault for an accident I had even before I signed up with Mercury. As if I should be canceled because I got in an accident? As it turns out it was the other person's fault but it was still in litigation and that's why they potentially wanted to cancel me. Alicia squashed that and called me to tell me I should carry-on as if nothing happened.
Her professionalism and ability to deal with her upper management was expedited in an impressive manner and I don't have to worry about being canceled! Cheers to this office and Alicia!
