I had a wonderful experience with Nancy, she helped me get out of a terrible, overly expensive auto policy by getting me a new quote with greater coverage for a lot less. She was very friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the whole process, and I wasn't left feeling like I didn't understand something as she did a great job of thoroughly explaining things and answering any questions I had. I dealt with a really nice person at the beginning and had automatic payment which i would not recommend anyone to do because i did that when i canceled it they still took out the money. i talked to one of the agents there a few days before it was due and she told me to pull my money out of the bank in case they charged so i did and now im having to deal with an Overdraft, overdraft fee and chavez is not taking responsibility for it.
Then when i called them they said she never canceled it. Now i have to do the footwork to prove that they took it out on my bank statement, and proof my car was totaled. Wow! What a day to start. Didnt know you had to have a reason to cancel and show proof. never do business with chavez again.
