Simran took the time to explain the auto and home insurance coverage in elaborate details, which open my eyes to understand the importance of accuracy of the coverage I needed. Very pleasant and comfortable to talk and ask lots about the details without hesitation. All questions answered and gave thoughtful advices and honest opinions. That is what I needed for insurance advisor to take care all angles of policy items for me. A truthful representative of Sharp Insurance's personality taking care the business.

I have been a long time Sharp Insurance client. Staff there has always been very helpful. I recently purchased a new vehicle. Kyle Lihaven was the broker who helped me with my insurance. He was able to add my new vehicle to my policy promptly. While on the phone with Kyle, he emailed me all the documents I needed to sign. Kyle gave me good advice to help lower my premium, although he wasn't able to get me the premium amount due to the website being down. He did send it to me as promised I was very impressed by Kyle's work ethnic and super happy to have him work with me. Thank you Kyle

I have always had a good experience with Sharp. I checked around for the lowest rates and Sharp was the best. Far better than many other companies. I had a small problem with them sending me my policy renewal because my Pink Card was not updated. The problem was solved by Makendra McKoy within 48 hours. Insurance in Alta. was changed recently and i was afraid my rates would rise, though it in fact went down quite a bit.

I have always got fast service from Sharp and have no problem recommending Sharp to anyone. Reading through my policy. I realized there are some things such as emergency car assistance for breakdowns etc. that I was not taking advantage of. I was going to get an AMA membership, though I don't think that is necessary anymore since I can get emergency help from Sharp.

So I needed insurance right away because I missed my policy renewal. Called Sharp Insurance and Sarah Alexander went above and beyond to help me renew my policy. Sent me the documentation I need to sign right away although, Sarah emailed me several times and for some reason I wasn't recieving her emails so she even went the extra mile to forward the emails to my other email accounts while staying on the line to help speed up the process. I recommend Sarah as a broker and Sharp Insurance as a company to anyone that needs insurance!

I've been dealing with Sharp Insurance in Calgary for 8 or 9 years now and I always compare prices as I insure several vehicles. Not only have I ever found a cheaper price but anybody I've talked to has treated me with respect and familiarity like I was really important to them as a customer. They got back to me immediately and gave me absolutely no reason to leave them. Bravo Sharp! No wonder you're ahead of the class.
