The company as a whole is probably not bad. I use to have a girl I dealt with that was an excellent agent but she left. I now have been dealing with one of the agents, Kevin and it is the worst experience and customer service I have ever had in my life. This is not an isolated incident. Numerous times, at least 3 I have called for quotes on new policies, trailers, UTV's, Campers, etc. and have waited for over two weeks with absolutely no response back and I had to call again.
I have even complained to the manager and apparently they still employ this guy. Some may ask why haven't I just changed companies, well I have numerous policies with them and it is a pain to change everything, but after this final time of no call back from him I am fed up. I am now in the process of changing everything. Do not use this company until they get rid of Kevin there's just no excuse for this to happen over and over again.
I depend on reviews for a lot of things I look to buy, so I felt it necessary to write this review. I have to believe I am not the only person that has experienced this issue with this agent. We will se if this review is made public or not but I have even taken this complaint to one of the companies they broker for and will be doing the same with another that one of my polices is with.
To the owners of this company, if I am the only one that has had this issue, then the question is why? If not, then for the sake of your company fix the problem! I will not ever recommend your company to anyone.
