I highly recommend Ferneding Insurance, especially Robin. My experience with insurance has greatly improved with her by my side through new cars and a new house. My first contact with Robin was really out of the blue when she called me and had a new car policy saving me a ton of money. I take great comfort in the fact that someone at Ferneding is looking out for me when it comes to my coverage and my premiums. I also know the Ferneding family personally through the community and they are very nice and a local staple.

I have been with Ferneding insurance for many years. Paul is my agent and is amazing! I'm self employed and have to have him send a lot of documents to property management companies and he "always" is very prompt to get the work done.

The agent was extremely helpful by discussing all my options and providing coverage recommendations that fitted my particular needs. They ended up saving me a lot of money compared to the other insurance companies I looked at.

Unfortunately, this firm seemed completely uninterested in dealing with me. I've had zero prior dealings with this company and can't imagine what prompted such an unprofessional encounter. One agent was particularly 'put out' for having to talk to me. He couldn't be bothered to read the email I sent with the very information he requested of me. Very frustrating! I won't be dealing with the referring firm either!
