Progressive Insurance Company customer many years. Chastain's office has been a good middleman facilitating my auto insurance policy. It's been many years since I've had to speak with Chastain's representatives in person or on the phone. All my interactions with them is through e-mail and links to renew my auto insurance every 6 months. It's all been very efficient, non-intrusive and convenient for my needs.

Sean has been excellent to work with. He is patient and provides timely answers to any questions.
