Robyn is the best. She helped me find a plan back in May when I lost my health insurance coverage from my employer during the nationwide lockdown. The plan definitely fits my budget. I’ve been using nevada benefits for years. They have been amazing at finding the best insurance policy, at the best price. This year my insurance tried to increase by an extra $200 which was obviously both shocking and stressful (especially finding out before the cut off date). While making an appt. with nevada benefits they didn’t realzise it was to change my policy, and it was passed their own deadline so I was almost turned away at the door.

One lady was stern and set that there was nothing they could do. But Laura Roybal was an absolute ANGEL. She called the network and stayed on the phone with me the entire time walking me through every step with an agent. It wasn’t her job to do that but she has an amazing heart and compassion that shows from the second you meet her. This business not only has helped me through the year but because of the genuine Laura I was able to change my policy just in time. From the bottom of my heart, this business (and ESPECIALLY LAURA) I will always trust, use, and refer everyone I know to you. Forever grateful for Nevada benefits.
