We had used Andreini for years to handle various insurance aspects of our local business. They gave us good service all those years. until we recently decided to shop the rates. Then they lost it. They acted totally unprofessionally and did everything possible to throw sand in the gears of switching to a new carrier (which meant losing them as an agency). Their behavior was not at all professional. Now, if we ever decide to switch again, Andreini would not be considered. Very short-term thinking.
