Pegge Wall, my adjuster has managed to delay and deny most recommendations by Dr.'s despite MRI's that clearly indicate spinal cord injury and a torn leg muscle. Sucks being me. I still have hope for humanity, despite an entire network of professionals that have utterly failed to uphold even a semblance of humanity. There is still a chance for their twisted little souls, I believe that.

God help them. I was injured early 2019, already lost my job and still waiting for specialists to even see me. Turns out most Dr.s on their own approved list won't even take their injured claimants. I'm keeping it real. This whole industry is tragically failing hardworking people and feeding into a defunct SSDI bailout that won't get approved.

If it is possible to give zero stars I would. These people are again scum of the earth and owned by the County of Los Angeles. I have had too many different adjusters to count and they are switched at random so you never know who you might have to speak with regarding your Work Comp. complaint. Scum is a compliment to them. Garbage and you will die of your injuries or committ suicide before anything will be done on your case.

A good lawyer can help, but if going up against a GORILLA like the County they will not do much work for you as they are afraid they will not be paid or blackballed by the County. It is the local counties who appoint the Admin Commissioners. Pray for those who are ill or hurt at work. They are at the mercy of these minions of Satan. Not one of them believes in God, they can't or they would not behave this way to other people.

If I could rate this fraudulent insurance carrier lower, I absolutely would. However, zero stars was not an option. I have no deluded expectations that this review will do anyone any good whatsoever. If your employer retains Tristar to underwrite their work comp policies, you don't have any choice in the matter. I am merely writing this to inform you other victims of this scam that is called Workmen's Compensation, here in California.

The Workmen's Compensation system in California is incredibly flawed and broken. And companies like Tristar are out to exploit those flaws. I will tell you a bit about my dealings with them. Specifically, the case managers and supervisors in the Pasadena office. I have been fighting to receive treatment for work related injuries, specifically to my neck and back, for over 2 1/2 years. Now, due to the lack of adequate and timely care, my condition has worsened and now affects my right hip, leg and knee.

All of which could have been resolved in a period of less than a month or so. Let that set in, 2 1/2 years. And I am still not receiving adequate and necessary treatment. I have had more than 5 adjusters, my case has bounced from two separate supervisors, and now is been "managed" by the original adjuster again. My case has been GROSSLY mismanaged and neglected.

There have been 3 separate periods where I did not receive my work comp pay. One period lasted as long a 7 months! And I never so much as received an apology or explanation for the lack of compensation. The individuals I have dealt with are extremely rude and condescending. They treat you as if you are a troublemaker while attempting to receive care for your injuries.

I have caught one particular supervisor in an all out LIE, which has been proven and documented. Make no mistake. These people are not your friend. They are not "in your corner." And they do not have your best interest and recovery from your injury at heart. It is big business and they try to put band aids on open wounds. They try to send you on your way like you are at the nurse's office in grade school.

These people cripple your recovery and ruin lives. And they make big money while doing so. Like I stated, you may not have a choice if your employer retains Tristar's services. But perhaps this note will educate you in what you are faced with in dealing with them. My only suggestion for you, prepare to fight the good fight. Document and retain EVERYTHING.

Do not give up or let them slide on the most minute detail. And get yourself a decent Workmen's Compensation attorney. I wish you the best and hope you do not have the same experience as I, and many of my friends and colleagues, have had. But prepare for the worst.
