I recently had an issue when receiving 2 collection letters from Atlas collections. I tried calling for hours and was dismissed by several people that could care less. I then got in touch with the billing company that initially handled it, Medbill. Initially it seemed like I would hit another dead end after one person told me the account was too old but then I eventually ended up speaking with their employee Mike W.
