Joey Raab is professional, friendly and works very hard to find a plan that best fits his customers' needs. He tries to get to know his customers and then provides several recommendations.
He is also easily one of the most responsive people I have ever worked with and quickly responds to e-mails and phone calls. He truly seems to value his customers. I was always the type that thought insurance was that necessary pain to try to understand. Insurance Depot are life savers. These guys know understand insurance on a completely different level. I no longer feel like I have no idea what I am getting into.
