Critical: Professionalism I called to get help with getting my insurance information settle. They do not do a good job of communicating updates. I have had to call to get my own updates. The last person that I talked to didn't even say have a good day or goodbye on the phone she just hung up. She didn't asked if she could help with anything else.

Small Business owners beware. These people are absolutely horrible. As a Small Business Owner, I cannot afford to have my time wasted. This company intentionally wasted my time and forced me into a wall until my insurance was cancelled. Unethical behavior. I would highly recommend to anyone to use a different service.

We worked with the Reaves Agency, which was acquired by OneDigital last year, for several years and have seen no drop-off in the high quality of services we have received with our Dallas PR firm's employee health plan. In addition, OneDigital integrates with Zenefits, which has allowed us to go completely paperless with our HR function, from offer letters to benefits to employee reviews. It's been a seamless transition and we look forward to partnering with OneDigital in 2019.

Horrific! They lied and said they were with Metlife. They are not! Metlife has never heard of this company, nor the names of the people that we spoke to. Metlife was NOT happy at all to hear about this. They have no right to sell Metlife products period. Stay away from this company. Who knows what they are doing with your social security numbers. Which the never should have asked for to begin with.
They kept us waiting for months just to get a quote! Then kept passing the blame onto another employee stating it takes 7 business days to receive a quote. I have spoken to several REAL brokers and they laughed. It doesn't take anytime to get a quote nor to be signed up and receive benefits. Changing your name to One Digital is not going to help you get away from terrible customer service and lies. What you are doing is fraudulent and you have been reported. Oh and we monitor our credit by the way.
