I found Adam's name on the internet and called him about helping me acquire supplemental insurance through AARP. Although we live in separate states he was able to meet by needs. He always answered my emails and was always there when I called him, with no automated voice system to page through. Supplemental insurance is very complicated but I gave Hyers and Assoicates, INC a 5 Star for their courteous and professional help.

After some major changes in my health insurance plan provided by my employer, I decided that I might be better off looking at some other plans. Adam was very knowledgeable about the different plans that were out there and what plans would fit my needs due to some prescription medications that I needed to have covered. He helped me navigate the different applications, and in the end was able to help me select a plan that was nearly as good as what I had before, but for a better price. I would definitely use him again. He was easy to work with, and was able to answer all of my questions without a lot of pressure.
