Don't apply for QA. Especially for the night shift. Supervisor Randy hires very young and naive people to be your supervisors. Those supervisors argue with the other supervisors, it's so sad and embarrassing. Do not have Juana R. Or "MAX" (both females) as your supervisors. They need more training and they DO NOT care about you or your needs. And their supervisor Randy does nothing about it.

Then AIL (Globe Life) gets really irritated with you, if you cancel life policies. They don't care if that person or family is in a financial burden. AIL a.k.a. Globe Life does not care. Update to the response AIL left under my comment: When me and others left that job, we told Randy and the HR department a lot of info. And nothing happened in return. They still turned us away. Juana was horrible as well. He personally did NOT hear us out.

Not very happy with this company at all. I tried to cancel and get whole life money coming to me. It has not happened yet and they're still trying to charge me. It has been about two months now. I'm beginning to think if you die they won't pay out to family. Look at the reviews on bbb. If I could rate less it would be a negative five.

If I could give this company a 0 stars I would. They have given me nothing but the run around for 3 1/2 months since my father has passed away. I have emailed everything they've asked for, and faxed it too, and still get the same B's as always. They won't let you talk to claims department. Say they never received the stuff. Or birthday dates are wrong or names are wrong.

But it was ok you took my father's money for a long time, but when it comes to paying out what you owe him to pay for his funeral, you don't want too! You as a company should be ashamed of yourselves taking people's money and not paying what they're family is entitled too! People please be aware of this company! Report them for insurance fraud to insurance board. Please! And so has the funeral home multiple times faxed and emailed them the same information as us!

Worst experience ever. Applied for coverage which took 5 months to approve. Cancelled day before approved. Request refund by Direct deposit. AIL state cheque was sent. The cheque was not full refund. I requested full refund 30 days ago. No refund has been provided. I have to contact complaints to get any action. Still waiting. Would never recommend as refund is a fight. They dont listen or understand. Horrible company would give 0.5 out 5 stars

I canceled my policies today because they were very deceptive about proposing life insurance policies to me. I paid in nearly $4000 the past two years & will be refunded $22.50. I took out 3-4 policies without even understanding what was going on. I do have 1 policy with them still for $62 / month, but I am shopping around to see if I can find a better deal somewhere else, because honestly 99% of these guys are super sleazy - I've only met only one dude in the company who is true and honest & told me I should actually cancel some of my policies.

Overall just avoid these guys. They will call you every 3-9 months and tell you that you need to / should update your policy - and then in reality they are gonna try and add onto it anywhere from an extra $20-$120 / month. They'll tell you it's a good thing because you are locked-in at that rate - however with how inflation corrects it really won't matter, because what you get paid out in the end will be worth significantly less, while they invest your money and make much MUCH more with it.

I'm just putting this review for other that might want to get this company as a life insurance. I got my first policy back in 2017 and has been paying until 2/15/22 got a second policy on 12/2021 and I was so happy to have my kids covered. But today 2/15/22 I called to give updates on my new bank account info. And found out my policy the (1st ) is not what I thought it was so they scammed me with lies, and they can't even give you answers I'm so mad and upset with this company, you work so hard everyday for this company to come and just lied to your face.

No they can't help with nothing else. I just regret all the money they took from me. When I tried to cancel they told me to do so many forms and told me I couldn't cancel. I even recommended this company to my family and now they have problems too. I hope this help others. Please search a good company that you can trust specially when you are no longer in this world.

Critical: Responsiveness I have had a claim in for 3 weeks & asked for a replacement policy and have hear nor seen anything from this company. By the way I have paid on 2 policies for 23 years so wife passed away 4 week ago I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR LIFE INSURANCE NEEDS.

First off, believe me when I tell you yes it sounds great and to good to be true with this company because it is to good to be true. Our policy was amazing, or so they promise you. I am fed up to my eyeballs with them, and it's now time to take legal action. My husband and I have been calling and calling to get an agent here in Canada to Represent us because they lapsed his policy and didn't tell us, he was even speaking with someone she never ever mentioned that AIL lapsed the policy.

They keep insisting my husband has to pay a premium all the time, they haven't been taking his money out of his account, so they lapsed the policy. We have called them back 3 times to try to get someone here in Canada to help us out, 1 guy I've been calling who's voice mail is not set up and he never answers, I call AIL again they say we will send an email out to whoever, it's been almost 2 weeks now still no agent but they want us to keep the current policy that lapsed or open up a new one, NO! NO! NO!.

I ask a person at AIL, why can AIL not assign me an agent. The guy we did have doesn't work for AIL anymore, another number they gave me was supposedly for a bunch of agents, when I called it was one man, and he too does not work for the company anymore, what does this tell us? They have been lying and I was hung up on twice while being on hold. We want every cent back that my husband paid to this company for the past few years Please everyone do not sign up to get a policy.

There is so much more that has happened I don't have time or energy to explain it all we just want our money back so my husband can get another company and not screw us around. Extremely, disappointed, hurt, and definitely angry we needed that money now especially during Covid 19 and this company for whatever reason ripped it out of our hands, haven't offered to pay us back or why they cancelled, but 2 weeks ago he received a cheque in the mail from this company, few weeks before that he received 6 letters in the mail during that week that he still owed 15 dollars on his policy, but then send us a cheque for 130, 2 weeks after with no mention of taking away the policy. We will be speaking with our lawyer to see what we can do and what our options are.

Canceled policy because I was lied to about what I was getting, they continue to call after I canceled, they continued to charge my account after I canceled. It's been 4 months since I canceled the policy and I was charged two days ago. They are issuing a paper check by mail so now I'm waiting another week or two for them to correct the mistake. I'm worried I may need to change bank accounts after reading other dissatisfied reviews.
