My husband passed away on May 21, 2024 his homegoing was on May 30, 2024. I called Lincoln Heritage the following Monday. Customer Service was so compassionate with kindness, which is rare today.. I gave her the information and today on June 12, 2024. I have a check in my hand. This makes dealing with what’s going on in our lives personally a lot easier because of your professionalism, grief it’s a little easier. Our parents purchased Lincoln Heritage policies for themselves without us kids knowing. Thankfully they did that for themselves or We(their kids) wouldn't be able to pay for their services. Our dad passed away in 2015 and his policy was not enough for his service so my husband and I paid for the rest. So, my mother vowed that she wasn't going to let that happen again so she purchased two more policies without us knowing made me the beneficiary I suppose so she could pay my husband and I back. Our mother just passed away in March and Lincoln Heritage took care of us like no other insurance company would. Thank Mom! And Thank You Lincoln Heritage

There are no words to tell the lady there, that our daughter spoke to the day we, our daughter Kathy, Grand-Daughter Katie, and I went to the funeral home to make Charles funeral arrangements. Charles and I did go to the funeral home a year ago in June 2021 and select the things we would need when time came and we made a payment on them each month until May 2022. we did not inform them of our insurance with Lincoln Heritage.
When we went in two ladies walked us back to a room and set down with us, after a few words one ask if Charles had other insurance, they did not seem to want to discuss anything until they got the policy balance on Charles Lincoln Heritage account. Kathy did most of the talking, I have a hearing problem but also was so devastated I could barely function. Kathy and Katie took me up there so I would not have to, they are my strength and energy right now.
I also thank GOD for them and always have. Kathy stepped out in the door way hall and called Lincoln Heritage, told the lady what was going on, she came back in and gave the phone to the funeral home lady after a few words with her, the funeral home lady was ready to make the arrangements. The person that answered the phone immediately offered his condolences and sympathy for our loss. 3. Paperwork required to access life insurance claim was simple and to the point. 4. Thank you all and especially Christopher Banar for going out of his way being caring and walking us through the process and giving us the right information we needed to make this change go smooth. My mind went completely blank from the unexpected loss of our mom. He and Lincoln Heritage stepped up and made it all work. Mom's funeral and repast went well. I Have a policy for myself and had one for my husband that passed in Oct. I have been trying to get the benefit just to be given different stories. I was told a check wad mailed the day before thanksgiving. After 2 weeks I was told they could send out another check but it would take 2 weeks after the call to issue it. I am in wait mode. The fact that I paid more into the policy than what they owe me I am considering getting a different company for my policy since I don't know if my family will receive benefits when I'm gone. I have paid into this policy for 3 or 4 years. It's noteworthy the headache.
