Over the years when I call in for help I keep getting Michael (sp?) and she always has an answer and guides me through any site that is applicable. Always helpful.

DO NOT CALL HERE FOR LICENSING QUESTIONS! I was trying to just get some help to have one of my agents get his commercial licensing. The phone was answered by "Licensing Specialist", she had to literally google the meaning of the things I was asking and was never able to give me a direct answer so my agent could study. I left the call with a simple "I don't know". I called a 3rd party licensing company that was able to give me a direct answer in the first 3 minutes of the call.

We filed a complaint to the Utah Insurance Department for a denied home warranty claim. They were extremely helpful! They investigated our claim and determined that LHM should have replaced our furnace. We received a check in the mail from LHM within a few days. Megan was responsive and extremely helpful! If any of you are experiencing claims being denied that shouldn't be, I HIGHLY recommend you submit a complaint to the Utah Insurance Department. There is no cost. You don't have to go to small claims court or pay any legal fees.

Everyone there is incredibly rude, and unhelpful. They don't respond to emails or questions that you ask and were overall super unprofessional.

My truck was rear ended by a Bear River insured. They have been extremely difficult, so I filed a complaint after the case should have been settled. The Insurance Department case manager called and seemed interested in helping resolve this. He requested a response from Bear River Mutual that came back full of lies and inaccuracies and then sends a letter saying he closed the case.

He wasted my time, patronized me and took what the Claims Manager said without a question. Rather than public servants, they enable corruption and deceit from sleazy insurance companies. Shameful waste of time and tax dollars.
