I have had small business and property insurance with BBIMI for several years without problems. I was satisfied with their coverage and ability to advise and provide appropriate policies to ensure my risks were well-covered for a reasonable premium cost. This year I had some difficulty getting a refund on a cancelled policy (my business was sold) and the process took 5 months to complete, which was frustrating.
After some initial poor communication (BBIMI)and some errors along the way (the insurance company), I received a full refund. I will say that once my case was escalated to upper management, the problem was very quickly, and professionally resolved.
