This has been an awful experience that has cost me money. New home owner and quoted wrong. Then received cancelation notices because the agent did not let me know the inspector forgot to include items. A simple fix. This caused a rate increase that my agent didn't handle and I had to handle myself. Now getting cancelation notices because they did not submit the new purchase paperwork.
Being charged for not having prior insurance. Had to pay$325 that may or may not be refunded. Agents not replying to my emails and not calling the insurance underwriting department.

AMAZING insurance company they really take the time to LISTEN and HELP\ I bought my house in 2019 insured with company #1 1,200 a year no bad, they went out of BUSS. Company #2 asked 1,800 no so bad.for a small house they cancelled in 2021. Company # 3 asked for 2,150 I said ok. Then they ask me this year (2022) for 600 more when I did all the repair need it to upgrade the house they asked were go ( change of roof to a very expensive metal one to name a few).Then I called them because I wanted to keep them to know why I had not been granted a discount when I did all that.

I found ALLIED they listen, their agent took the time to listen to my frustration and now Im paying 1,500.so many people abuse the insurance companies, with fake claims and lies. I do not like to do REVIEWS less to insurance co. BUT this people went to far to HELP a little person like me. I first contacted Allied Insurance on January 17th by requesting a quote for homeowners insurance via their website. I right away received an email stating that they had tried to call me but I did not answer. My cell phone had not registered any incoming calls from Allied, so I called them. I spoke with someone there, whose name I choose not to disclose, who seemed knowleagable and who gave me some hope of a quote, so I immediately sent 2 inspection reports and the current policies.
Three days later I had not heard back from him so I placed another call. The person who answered the phone said that my contact was with a customer and that he would call back as soon as finished. It has been 5 days since that call and no one has made an attempt to call me back, even if to say they can't help me. In the 8 days that have passed since my initial contact, I have gotten daily emails from 2 people there stating that they tried to contact me but no answer.
These are automated emails, so in reality no one has tried to give me a call. I actually sent email to the second agent, who sends daily emails, asking for a call back, but no such luck. I don't understand how so many people have given this company 5 stars when they conduct business in such an irresponsible way.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The most crooked agency in Broward County. They cancelled our policy because they didn't see anyone at home. They do not follow up on any communication. Canceling a policy with them is extremely slow and painful. Call anyone else. Do not waste your time or money with Allied.

Al Medina at Allied Rocks he truly is on top of his game. I was shopping around for new homeowners insurance when I came across Al at Allied. He quickly came back at me with a wonderful quote of better coverage then what my present company was giving me & for a low price. He answered every question I sent to him quickly and efficiently. My old company took forever to get back to me and did not get me the quotes I requested just a bottom line price. Needless to say Al Medina is my new agent.
Not only did he give me great homeowners insurance coverage and prices I also got my car insurance through him as well. Al quoted me three quarters less of what I was paying. I was truly ecstatic. I recommended my sister to Al & she went with him as well as my boyfriend too. If I come across anyone in need of new insurance group, Al Medina at Allied will be my highest recommendation!
