EPK does not work well with small businesses, have dealt with them for over five years and they are only there to grab a check and not provide any support assistance if you have an issue. Good luck to any small business that tries to work with them; their online system is constantly down, they don't have automatic payments, and the minute you forget to log into their system (if its even working) and make payment they will drop your coverage so they can raise their rates. Good luck explaining the lapse in coverage to your employees and their families. Nothing but a nightmare.
