I've been working with Jordan Johnson on all my car and rental insurance coverage for years now and he continues to always make sure I'm getting the best coverage and rates for my needs. It's been a seamless process transferring coverage when I purchase a new car and moved recently.

If you look at other reviews one by KC it mentions the employee, Ryan Hites. MacGriffen is claiming Ryan is not their employees. Obviously they are trying to discredit a honest review of their terrible customer service. Instead of taking responsibility they are trying to lie. Great job!

RYAN HITES has been very helpful. Very quick to respond, very helpful & knowledgeable. Highly recommend! *Saved from further frustration as we had talked with several other insurance brokers who took weeks to respond. In less than 24hours RYAN had supplied us with 2 separate quotes for 2 separate entities.

I sat down 2 yrs ago with my then insurance agent and explained that we needed to lower our pmts on the various types of insurance we had including auto for 5 (2 under 25 single males included), homeowners insurance, landlords insurance, and an umbrella policy. To lower our payments we went to the bare minimum on all of the above and got rid of the umbrella policy.

It was no longer affordable. We decided to have Griffin MacLain review our insurance several months ago. Best decision we could have made. We upped ALL of our minimums, and SAVED money! They also found us another umbrella policy for the same amount, that was affordable. Thank you to Jordan Johnson for all the help and for being there when we have questions. I can not recommend this company enough. Actually, I have and my parents, brother in law, and numerous friends and businesses now use them as well!

6 STARS if it were possible. Griffin MacLean Insurance is AWESOME. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan Holdaas who took GREAT care of me. I received a flyer in the mail (which I normally toss in the trash). One of the owners went to WSU and I ALWAYS support my Alumni! GO COUGS! As it turns out I was paying WAY too much for my auto and renters insurance. Ryan was friendly, personable, prompt, honest, professional, helpful and knowledgeable.

Everything was done over the phone which was great because I didn't have time to go to their office. Ryan called and emailed me back with every question I had. That meant A LOT to me. Even months after I had a question and Ryan emailed me back immediately with a clear answer to my question. I would recommend this company ALL DAY LONG! They are phenomenal.

I even received a voicemail from Mr. Griffin himself thanking me for my business. THAT MEANT A LOT TO ME! You don't get this kind of customer service every day anymore. I am thrilled that I was able to save A LOT of money too!
