Online urgent care is now available at Primary Health Medical Group! To access this service, please call any clinic. You will need a smartphone with internet access and a camera to participate in a Telehealth visit. If your condition requires an in-person visit, you can rest assured our clinics are clean and safe.
With our advanced pediatric staff, you'll have the support you need to make decisions about your child's health. Primary Health Pediatrics is committed to partnering with you on your child's health and development from birth to age 18. Called in to discuss billing. Was transferred to Ellie who was quite short and rude after she called me by the wrong name and was taken back by her abruptness and quite honestly lack of desire to be doing her job. After her shortness and rudeness I asked her to transfer me to customer service where I sat on hold never being transferred through.

I want to start out by saying Primary health has always been a good experience for me. But, my first experience with my new Dr Josh Adams was horrific. Meaning there was no Dr patient rapport!. After 3 minutes of communication he discharged me as his patient for no reason that was execrable. Leaving me to find a new Dr.!

Every single time I call in to the billing department, I get the same lady and she is extremely rude and short. She sounds like I am inconveniencing her by asking her to do her job. The worst experience and customer service ever. I usually don't do these ever, but I have never had the worst experience.

Only gave 1 because you have to! NO Primary Health is worth going to. Office managers cannot manage the offices properly and are extremely RUDE. When I tried to file a complaint against the Peds Clinic, the Corporate Office was of no help and basicslly told me that nothing can and will be done. Clinics are popping up all over the valley. Left and right.
So wrong and they deserve no patients. Learn some bedside manners, etiquette, and common courtesy when seeing patients and handling their care! Sad we lost whom I felt was the best pediatrician in the Valley because of poor office management. Your loss.

After a terrible bicycle accident I was unfortunate enough to go in and see Daryl Barnes please Google his name at Primary Health on Broadway he gave me three pain pills told me I would be sore for a week and sent me back to work 6 days later I had to have my wife drive me into the doctor three days off of work CT scan and shingles came out and it got much much worse.
I reported him to the medical board and then they sent me a bill for $10 more which I disputed. They now sent me a certified letter stating that I am never to use their services again! You have got to be kidding me? 35 reviews for Primary Health going back 5 years for Daryl Barnes all of them negative and Kim the office manager and Michelle at the billing department hung up on me when I laughed about them terminating my service.
Go seek medical care somewhere else they have no business being in the healthcare profession and read the reviews on physicians assistant Darryl e Barnes terrible terrible terrible person
