As a contractor i deal with many insurance companies. I watched the people at Ricketts and Associates work hard to make sure all of their clients were taken care of. So much that i switched all of my insurance over and have received the same service that i witnessed before. Knowing your covered correctly is a great peace of mind. Been working with Kristy Yandell over the past couple weeks. Made a couple car purchases and got rid of a car. Kristy was amazing to work with. She made added/removing vehicles so easy. Her response time was very fast, which included premium updates each time. Been using Ricketts for about 3 years, great insurance company. Competitive prices and great customer service.
