I moved my insurance policies to RSL 3 years ago. It was the best decision that I've ever made. Each year, my agent does a full review of my account. Any time I need assistance, they are quick to respond. The carrier that they placed me with allows me online access to my account, but the agency has an ever better portal that is extremely easy to use.
