Its one thing I don't like about this company, when I tell you it seem like as soon as you get an insurance policy going with these people they will not answer the phone. You can call for 3 straight days and it could be about anything and they will not answer the phone at all. Not as friendly either!

I can't even give them one star. I called three weeks ago because I was a former customer for years, and I wanted a quote on car insurance for a new car that I bought. They took all the information and said they would get back to me within an hour with a quote. They never got back to me, so I ended up spending more money and getting Geico insurance.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Very disgusted of this place had bad experience with 2 agents in there. I was lied to and the agents brought their voice above mine with an aggressive tone that left me shook. Being straight up rude and not caring about finding you the best insurance but most definitely a expensive one. They are scammers!

I have just purchased a new car, my first ever car and this is my first time purchasing car insurance as well, I spoke with the agent Malena. She was super helpful she explained everything to me so I had a full understanding of everything. The price was very reasonable and affordable as well. I recommend this insurance to anyone. I was calling around to different places, looking for the least expensive/affordable insurance for my car. The agent here, Lorenzo, went above and beyond to find me the best price and took the initiave to call me back later that evening with a follow up. Marlena has the best Customer Service and should be commended for a job well done! I called prior to leaving on a vacation to seek a quote for renewal and provided Marlena with details of my absence. I went to New Jersey for 3 weeks. Marlena kept track of my trip, called me while on my trip to remind me of my renewal as well as provided electronic documents to make the process seamless!
