Ross Insurance Agency was founded in 1960 by Bill Ross Sr. and Sondra Ross. Working tirelessly, they built the business from scratch on a firm foundation of integrity and strong relationships with both clients and several top-rated insurance carriers. In 1977, they were joined by Larry Ross, who helped manage the office and write both business insurance and Medicare supplement products until his passing in 2018.

Our names are Kimmel and Stephanie Schaefer and we have been working with Ross Insurance Agency for several years. We generally aren't folks who post comments, as being computer savvy isn't one of our strengths (!), however, we wanted to learn how to post in order to praise Ross's agent, Deb. In meeting personally with her, she took the time to locate the most all-inclusive policies with the most cost-efficient premiums.
She was patient and explained every detail regarding these policies, along with answering our numerous questions. We HIGHLY recomment Ross Agency and agent Deb, in particular. Incidentally, we came to our scheduled appointment but had to return home momentarily. The staff was understanding and offered to reschedule us for that same day with Deb. Everyone was quick and responsive and I received a quote the same day when I called before lunch! I came in for an appointment to go over the details and sign some papers and was out of there in 20-30 minutes with no waiting around whatsoever! Professional environment and everyone in the office was kind and they were also patient with me answering any question I had. I would definitely recommend Ross Insurance Agency and I'm excited to see how they do hopefully for years to come!
