She was so friendly and knowledgeable which made making decisions on coverages, etc. easier for me understand and I feel good about my choices. Called for a quote waited for a call back. Was told my phone was messed up and gave all my info for them to quote me. Kris was suppose to email me back or at least call me cause there is nothing wrong with my phone. Can't get a quote back and bad service
