We have had 2 homes with them for home insurance and they have done terrible jobs after they signed up us with the insurance companies. They don't have follow ups, no email or calls for policy renewals. They don't care to update our loan status or any other changes in order to make sure our home insurance information being up to date. It causes us more money for the increasing premium over the time. We would not recommend them to anyone else and in fact we are about to cancel them to find a responsible company to work with. Stay away from them!

I switched over to Pontell Insurance after doing a lot of research. One property I just purchased was a condo on the ocean on the east coast of Florida and after speaking to the owner, Kris, I felt very confident with his knowledge of the changing insurance market. Susan Bracht, an agent in the office that I worked with, provided me with excellent service, for insuring my condos, car, and my umbrella policy. I lucked into using Pontell to insure 3 rental properties, a residence and my car. Christine's service has been excellent, especially considering all of the turmoil in the Florida markets. Due to multiple claims my previous insurance company cancelled our insurance and the previous agency was having a hard time finding an insurance company. I was referred to Pontell Insurance Group and they had a policy for me within 24 hours for thousands less annually than the State provider the previous agency said I should probably go with! I'm now moving over my auto and business insurance. They have been a pleasure to deal with. Highly Recommended.

I was stuck in a tough place when my previous agent did not renew my homeowner's insurance policy on time. I had 2 days to get a new policy on an old home, with no time to do any inspections.
