I have been working with Kohlhas Insurance for a few years now. Everyone in the office is very personable and happy to assist you with anything you need or answer any question you may have. Kohlhas has gotten me the best coverage possible within a timely manner. I have never been displeased working with this company and will continue to for years to come.

I have had outstanding service from Kohlhase Insurance. While some companies talk about insuring only what you need, Kohlhase is proactive in ensuring what you need. Their insightful emails have resulted in my eliminating windshield insurance coverage on my 10 year old car, eliminating loss of income on my auto insurance since I am retired and no longer work, and reducing the amount of personal property coverage on our home that far exceeded the value of personal property. Cassie Bloomer also saved me money on my deductible by preparing an outstanding excel spreadsheet showing me the options for higher deductibles and the amount saved.

While some companies insure you and collect a premium every year, Kohlhase reviews and ensures that the insurance you pay for is what you need and want. They are the best agency I have ever worked with!

My Mom has been using them for over 10 years for mobile home insurance. Unfortunately she forgot to make the payment and so her insurance lapsed. Then her reverse mortgage company sent her a letter saying they needed proof of insurance or they'd buy some for her. Donna at Kohlhase took care of us quickly. The next day we had a new insurance policy and they said notify the mortgage company right away. Great customer service!

I first got an auto policy with them because I had just moved to Mesa and they were literally down the street from me. Over the year I was with them, contacting them via email was mostly a disaster. I eventually cancelled my service and went to a different company. I believe this company specializes in covering high risk people, which I am not. Now, 2 years later it appears they have sold my email address to some company to spam me, trying to win me over as a return customer.
