I have worked and dealt with many title companies and hands down this is really a great title company that will handle all of your real estate needs on a residential and commercial level. Maryann is the manager for residential and she is wonderful and helpful. The staff is great and Ro knows title As a former employee I still recommend my friends/Associates to use them. You won't be disappointed.

BEWARE of this company. They filled out all of my mortgage tax information wrong and now I am pay 400% higher taxes then I signed for. When Closing on my first home, I was told that my taxes for the year would be $848. All of the paperwork that Michele Shour from Land Services USA filled out stated this. A month later, I received a bill in the mail from the Department of Revenue for 2021 and now the taxes it have been updated to state $4267.
Apparently there was a 10 year tax abatement on the place that just ran out and I was never told about it, nor did I ever sign anything stating that I knew about it. All of my mortgage info is for $848 including the money in my escrow account. This is a huge amount of money for me I was not budgeting for another $3,408 extra a year. that's a lot of money- it brings My mortgage up $284 more a month.
