Scrambling to find new insurance now because they claim they never recieved a check. They claim notices were sent out yet nobody else seems to recieved them. Why is it you all think "i didn't receive it" is a sufficient answer when it benefits your company but the same grace is not given when it benefits your customer. New homeowner so Im green to this stuff but I find it insane you all can examine this situation and not do more to make it right. I prefer to work with a local company but Im more than fine saying goodbye.

My grandmother paid 20+ years for her house insurance and all of a sudden they drop her because they say her house is unrepairable. We are in the process of fixing her house up. Fixing the roof so it don't leak anymore. I 100% would not recommend this company. I am so disappointed in this company. If I could give a 0 star I would. Crooked people
