Spoke with Jan concerning a legal matter for a mutual customer. After giving him the full name he insisted he did not have that person as a client. Called back repeatedly and would not return any calls. Finally got him on the phone and sent him the copy of the current liability insurance. He started yelling again and hung up. Been in this business for years. Never have I dealt with such a rude and incompetent agent. They need to do better

Malloy insurance is great! I use them for my car insurance and Kelly at the Glenbrook office is wonderful. they are attentive and knowledgeable and their rates are comparable. give them a call when you are looking to price out car insurance.

I contacted Malloy Insurance as I needed to get insurance policies for my car, homeowners and home flood. Matt was so caring and kind with me throughout the whole process and really made me feel at ease. He is very insightful and took the time to carefully explain everything that he was offering me. I didn't feel any pressure to do anything like I have with other insurance agencies I have worked with.

Any question or concern, no matter what time of day, he always got back to me. The quality of service I was provided was exceptional. I would highly recommend Matt and Malloy Insurance for any of your insurance needs.

I used the Malloy agency for several years. I found them very frustrating to communicate with after the second year, especially at the time of each renewal. I only stuck with them for lack of time to search for another broker. I worked with Laura in the beginning until I requested to work with someone else. I made the mistake of recommending them to a couple of people before their decline in customer service.

They too had issues with communication and getting a call back for a simple quote which was pretty embarrassing after giving them the recommendation. I would never recommend this agency again. Even my exit was annoying, and for whatever reason, i had the unfortunate experience of having to email with Laura again, who entered my mailing address wrong for my refund check.

There are better brokers in the area. One that several of my friends an coworkers recommended is located in Darien with excellent ratings for customer service, and they don't seem to have an issue with callbacks for their loyal clients.

I recently had the opportunity to update my insurance coverage, Gina at Malloy insurance did a fantastic job of guiding me and anticipating my needs throughout the whole process, she was extremely helpful and informative, Gina is the type of employee any company would love to have, a real professional, thanks Gina!

Every interaction I have had with Kelly has been nothing less then excellent! She tends to my every question and inquiry so promptly. She is amazing! Truly the gold standard for customer service. I am researching a local insurance company to get business insurance and used the Schedule a Meeting with Malloy button on their website. Up popped a Calendly link so I can choose from available times on their end a convenient meeting time for me. I confirmed the day and time and immediately got an out of office message from "Annie." This was followed by an email from "Fran" that Annie is on vacation and will return next week.

I then let "Fran" know that the calendar indicated otherwise and asked if I can speak with someone else. Fran's very unprofessional, rather snarky reply to that was "As I said, she is on vacation this week. What is this regarding?" If this is the front office service what is the back office like. Moving along to other options. No thanks, Malloy.

I've had Laura as my agent for over 10 years now and I couldn't ask for a better agent! She's always educating me and helping me understand our insurance policies. She's always found what we need for our personal insurance needs and for our business needs! Can not go wrong with Malloy Insurance.

It is rare to find an insurance agent who cares on a personal level and that is who I finally found! In the past I have always worked with people that were on the phone and many miles away, but Lucy is always welcomes an in person conversation so that I can understand everything that needs to go into a policy. I give 5 stars to Malloy Insurance Agency because I love the quality service that agent Laura gives me every time I call her. She helps and responds to all my questions about my car insurance. In fact, she is very professional and one of the best agents that works for this insurance company.

I cannot express the due diligence and professionalism of my agent Gina Vatell. I have recently been involved in an incident and my insurance company is trying to leave me without fair compensation. I deemed that I need some form of representation and Gina is just what I needed. She has 20+ years of industry experience, she listens, and communicates at levels customer service should be done at.

I cannot express in words what she has made me feel during such an odd time, and it gives me hope that others can find such representation. She dealt with it problems, inaccurate quotes, and delivered insightful web pages for resources that I can use - all of which she did without compensation. I am truly blessed to of found a representative that puts so much attention and care into her service. I would give here a 10/5 she goes above and beyond expectations, and I'm sure Malloy as an enterprise expresses the same type of service.

Ttravelers Insurance is a very good carrier and I have been very satisfied with the company & coverage. What I'm unhappy with is the William Malloy Agency. They have very limited hours, will not return phone calls and do not really seem at all concerned with the business. It just makes me wonder why Travelers would have such an organization representing their company. I can't believe they can't find more profesional representation.

Went with their quote for a car insurance policy as it was the cheapest. 3 months later receive a bill from the insurance company saying the quote I was given was wrong and I need to pay $300 immediately. When contacted about this Malloy's response was "oops, guess you'll have to pay it". Quality service.
