Carlson & Carlson

Dealing with Tripp at Carlson & Carlson has been hassle. I was recommended to this company by a colleague who used them for his wife's wedding ring. The initial interaction with them was so so. They were responsive but lacked detail in their correspondence or calls which I thought was odd. My policy lapsed for due to a billing systems error of Chubbs end.

When I reached out to Chubbs to get the policy reinstated they directed back to Carlson and this was the response I got. Hi Jamie, I apologize for the delay. I have spoken with underwriting and they would like me to quote additional lines of business such as Renters, homeowners, or Auto if they are going to allow for your valuables to be covered. Two things are wrong with the opening statement. 1.

The apologize for the delayed response as I get a response once every few days. 2. When does an insurance company tell you they wont cover you unless you have multiple lines of business with them? Overall I did not have the greatest experience but others have an better experience than I.

I have been a Client of C&C for about 6 years and I've always had wonderful experiences. My agent, Karl, is very communicative, always happy to help when I have a question. When I had to extend my renter's insurance, Karl was sure to carry over my policy so I would Not be left a day without coverage, even though there was an overlap in my leases. Karl's emails are consistently timely and professional, but keep that boutique personalization that makes you feel heard and respected.

I have never once been up sold on a policy. It is clear they have my best interest at heart. I have referred many people to C&C, as a sign of my faith and trust in their care. I'm thrilled to be working with such a reliable and reputable company. I look forward to working with them for years to come.

Carlson & Carlson have been everything I could ask for out of an insurance agency. My wife and I have moved several times in past few years and Carlson & Carlson have always had the knowledge to seamlessly transfer our policies to our new city. Our questions are answered promptly and we are always given multiple options with recommendations based on our needs. They are clearly experts in their field and I would highly recommend them based on my experience.

I've worked with Karl at C&C for the last several years for comprehensive insurance and truly feel like he always has my back. I've had to file a couple claims over the years and the whole team there is always very responsive and helps me through the whole process. He has also done a great job at finding the best coverage for my personal needs and budget.

I would not do business with these people. They first called me and then hung up. I returned the missed call and spoke with the receptionist. She lied to me about not knowing who it was that had called me. This felt extremely shady and I wanted to know more about this business and what exactly they wanted. She knew her scam had been figured out and then she got very rude with me and hung up the phone. I called again to file a complaint but they again hung up the phone. I think I will let the police know to investigate them.

Very poor customer service, some of Carlson and Carlson's account managers are clueless and unprofessional. The VPs/managing partners aren't any better. Look elsewhere for your insurance needs.
