I worked for this company through a temp agency and the job started out good. But I guess because I don't ask a lot of questions try to focus on what was taught which was one task. Not sitting in people face talking all day and asking a million questions like I can't retain information I wasn't a good fit. But instead of management saying anything to me about it they decided to let the temp agency know and when I came to work the next day not knowing I was fired they didn't say one thing to me asking me why I was there nothing they let me work the whole day for them without telling me they contacted the temp agency to let me go.
I don't know how corporate business work here but most corporate businesses have a side of professionalism and I did not get that at all. In this company. They want you to do the minimum with barely any training because the person who suppose to be training you is backed up with their own work or busy answering a person question who came from the Mail room and got promoted to claims but have no idea what they doing so they sit and ask questions all day long.
Yeah there's no room for the new Employee to get help or real training because they all over the place in the claims department. I am not pleased. And I hope this review helps someone hoping to get into this company.
