If I could give this place ZERO starts o would because they don’t even deserve ONE! The lack of communication, professionalism, and appreciation for a loyal customer is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was essentially left to figure everything out on my own. Thankfully, I found another company that helped me immediately and got me set up with an Erie policy within 15 minutes.
As long as you don't need anything from them, you're fine — meaning if you don't get into an accident or need to switch insurance providers, you're good. If you can handle everything yourself, you're okay, but otherwise, beware. I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years, just paying my premium and not requiring any assistance.
In early October 2024, I reached out to inquire about switching from National General to Erie. On October 4th, Matt sent me a quote from Erie, but it was the wrong one with another driver's information. I pointed this out, and he resent the correct document. I reviewed it and everything seemed fine, but after two failed attempts to contact them, I sent an email on October 18th asking for a response because I had questions. Again this is after I left voicemails and called them. They never got back to me, and on a third attempt, I called and spoke to another Matt, (apparently there are several Matt’s) who assured me everything was set and that the Erie application had been submitted.
By November, I was ready to cancel my National General policy, trusting everything was taken care of. I decided not to renew with National, but I never heard back from Wilson Insurance or Matt. On November 4th, I had to chase them down again, and after back and forth phone calls they admit to never processing the application so I am later told that Erie was not accepting me because I live in a household with other drivers who have their own vehicles and insurance, we should also note that my name isn’t on their titles. And I want to make it clear that they only provided this information after I had to track them down, initiate every step/phone call and push for answers. At no point did they offer to help or show any concern that I was left without coverage. Actually I was offered State Farm through someone other than Wilson Insurance because they don’t work with State Farm. I felt like they were just trying to get rid of me at this point, and trust me I didn’t have any intention of wanting to do business with them after everything they just had me go through.
The level of care at this place is shocking.

I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with Wilson Insurance. We are a small start up company, seeking both advice and what I am sure is a very small policy, and I worked directly with Fletcher Wilson, the owner of the firm and his associate Dee. They were responsive, fast, knowledgeable, and had great insight into what we might need. They treated us like a top priority even as a small business. I highly recommend them!

You cannot beat the communication, responsive and customer service at Wilson Insurance. Recently my car got hit in the Target parking lot and within minutes of reaching out, Tiffany had listed all the steps I needed to take to get the situation resolved. All around, the absolute best. Highly recommend.

I have been with Wilson insurance for over 15 years and I have been pleased with both their service and pricing. I contact Amy in the office for homeowner & auto insurance needs, and she is always willing to give me all the time I need, explains things thoroughly and in a manner that I can understand, and processes my requests promptly.
