Everything people are saying is true. No response. Lack of updates. They claim cant get a hold of the policy holder, so they don'thave to pay out for claims. I was rear ended by a Blufire client. Never saw a dime for the accident. I will be filing a BBB claim against them. Marquise is terrible at his job. Getting a hold of him was like getting a hold of the president. This company is a scam and the 1.7 rating shows why they should be shut down.

I only have experience with Blue Fire Ins after being struck by their insured. The process they use to repair damage (pay a claim) is clearly to minimize payout, delay and frustrate. Stall tactics & cheapest possible. They first snail mail a check directly to me for a "quote" based on photos only. This first step took nearly 10 days. (Still not driving my vehicle) I finally receive access to the deposited paper check & drop off truck at body shop.
After body shop takes it apart there is a lot more damage as expected. The body shop then submits a "supplement" request. approaching 2 1/2 weeks with no vehicle. Supplement gets approved, but they include 'base' parts and not the same trim my truck already had. Body shop has to submit 2nd 'supplement!' First check issued was for about 1200$, actual damage is just over 6000$!
I will be without a vehicle for over a month b/c how long they have taken. Oh, the other 2 'supplement' checks they also snail mail to the body shop. Like wow. Mot even gonna FedEx with tracking #.straight up no tracking united states postal service. CHEAP AF.

I was hit by blue fire insurance's motorist. My accident was in 02/11/22. The adjuster claimed my accident was considered "minor". Yet it is 06/18/22 and no settlement offer yet. My body claim adjuster Tovar was very unprofessional and rude. I honestly feel like she's prolonging the process out of spite because I refuse to allow her to speak to me rudely. The only professional person I spoke to was Mr. Neal. This company is a joke.

This company is such a joke, would give negative stars if I could. Avoid at all costs! I was in an accident in early March of this year. I filed a claim the same day, and submitted all photos online. As of today, I still have not received a call from my adjuster - Jorge Alberto Escoboza. All I received was 3 letters- one acknowledging I had filed a claim, second informing me company is not responsible for vehicle storage fees, and third informing me I have to report vehicle damages to DMV that exceed a certain amount, and I have to report if there was a car seat in the vehicle.
I have called customer service on many occasions, they verify my contact information, and I always end up being transferred to the adjuster's voice mail. They're not really of much help either- one of the times I talked to them, the representative assisting me tried to insinuate I was probably not getting a call back from the adjuster because I was at fault for the accident- mind you, I was at a complete stop when I was suddenly rear-ended by a speeding vehicle that switched into my lane.
The last time I called, the representative that assisted me was a little more helpful and stated he had messaged my adjuster directly- which meant the adjuster had 24 hours to reach out to me. Did Mr. Escoboza reach out? Of course not! And "owner, " please do not waste your time replying with a BS message about how you apologize for the negative experience.
These bad reviews have been consistent for two years now- it's been brought "to your attention" for quite some time, and apparently not much has been done to address the poor quality of service.

Aweful company, be careful! They have outside brokers that they have no communication with. I was sold a month to month deal and when I cancelled they told me that it was a year contract and charged me a cancellation fee and a fee for each month. On top of that they charged me a pro rated fee even though I cancelled before my next due date. After finally getting in touch with a supervisor and getting 3 different answers he said it's because I didn't cancel 10 days prior to the next billing. Expect to never get an accurate answer.

A client of theirs hit my car making it a total loss. In the beginning, I was getting people to talk to me and properly update me but now, almost a month later, it is really difficult trying to get in contact with anyone at all. A lady told me that no adjuster was assigned for my total loss and when I explained to her that someone was supposed to contact me about that a week ago, a name miraculously appeared on their records showing that an adjuster was in fact assigned.
I have made repeated attempts to contact this Milagros person to give me an update on my settlement but each time they are unavailable and refuse to call me back. This place is an absolute waste of time and money. You'd probably be better off with no insurance at all.

Worst insurance ever. If someone hits your vehicle with this insurance please get yourself a lawyer. Hailey never answers or returns any of my phone calls. Their insured driver hit me January 29th and it is now April 30th, they have yet to release payments to fix my vehicle. They also won't provide me with a rental and I have a 2 year old with a lot of doctor appointments.

Their client hit me. Police report shows he was at fault. So far my insurance company has paid thexrepair the bill and what they haven't paid I have. Won't return phone calls, answered one text so far. Tired of dealing with them. Got a lawyer and from here out they can deal with him. Would not recommend them to insure your vehicles. Sad it has come down to this.

Well their client ran in to my car in parking lot. Blue fire call me 2 days after the accident, the adjuster name is charla. She ask me to submit photo and record which I did. The. She said just wait 2 days. Then after 2 week still never hear her back. After left her message she will call very random time like 5:30 am pacific standard time (we are in California) and leave a message. after a few Phone tag finally got a hold of her.
Then she suddenly said that their client never reported the accident?! Well I was totalky scratching my head if their customer never reported the incident why would she call me in the first place I never contact blue fire to file the case. Then I call the other party who ran into my car, he said he already contacted them many time, he too have problem reaching the insurance adjuster ( charla) now been 6 weeks still car not repair. Really terrible.

I was in an accident with one of their customers and am now getting the scam. They recently sent me a letter in the mail saying they have tried to contact me for weeks but they have never emailed or phones me. I don't understand why I am being told I have to send photos and provide information my insurance company has. My insurance company has already paid me and has a collection agency going after them. They are now trying to scam their way out of it. I have contacted my insurance company of their letter and intention.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! This company sure had NO ISSUES taking my car; and is taking sooo long to get back to me. They don't email me back whatsoever, they don't reply to my calls either. I even went to call the "supervisor" and they dont answer! I got in my accident back in November 2021 and it's now January 2022 and haven't heard back. GIVE ME MY CAR BACK THEN! DO SOMETHING!

Scam company. My car was hit by a client of this insurance company at the beginning of December. I have filed a claim and called repeatedly trying to get this resolved but they refuse to get my car fixed. It is a run around trying to get ahold of anyone and then they always have excuses as to why they can't proceed with the claim. Now they are trying to say they don't have to cover it as they haven't gotten a statement from their client but the client is saying nobody has contacted her and she is unable to get through their bs line to make a statement.

I am going through an issue with this company where i was struck by their client and they are refusing to pay for the entirety of the damages. Instead they wish to pay only their "estimate" by pictures. Oddly enough when i quoted with caliber collision - a reputable collision company who quoted twice the damages in repairs, they are not communicating. it has been over a month.
Do not waste your time file a complaint with the texas department of insurance as soon as possible. Absolutely horrendous, like so many others the representatives do not communicate or answer phone calls and hang up on you.

This is the worst insurance company in the world and this worker! CHANTELL TUCKER! an adjuster that works in their claims department is the most single worst person that I have ever had a conversation with she is very disrespectful and she even had a very rude and degrading conversation with my mother to top off all misconduct, and transgressions.
My mother that just got out of a car accident a year ago and have now has been deemed handicapped and is very ill at the moment is still facing hardship with this company over a policy that she has paid for faithfully and all she trying to do is make a report on hail damages for her car and they wouldn't even do. But at this moment we are pursuing a lawsuit against this company and I will advise you to leave this company and to make sure they are not doing this to anyone else in the future.

This company is a joke, I have a claim filed back in February. After approving the claim, Truck got fixed and insurance company is refusing to pay the difference in damage. Not one time has the insurance adjuster answered my phone call or called me back. Still don't have my truck 10 months later. Now, after months of car rentals and having to buy a second vehicle.
I am filing a lawsuit with this company to get my truck back. They even denied me coverage on my second vehicle when I asked for a quote. This insurance company is an embarrassment. 0 stars.

I happened to have the bad luck of being in my home when someone drove over my mailbox. It was a metal one installed in concrete. The driver was new to the area and admitted her fault. I filed a claim on November 8 2021 and called today on the 26th. The person is handling my claim is off until Monday. I will keep everyone interested posted

The worst insurance ever! not only horrible at paying out claims but also a nightmare to cancel the policy. I called to request the cancelation was told I had to email a handwritten statement which I did and received confirmation that the email was received and read. Well they still processed another payment, 15 days after I submitted the cancelation. I called them again and apparently nothing had been done with my request. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with these people!

Blue fire insurance is fuckin horrible. One of their customers hit me and they cover only up to 30 dollars a day if you need a rental. We'll guess what? They don't have contracts with insurance companies so they don't inform the insurance companies so that a customer can get a cheaper rate. Sooo im stuck without a rental, especially considering rental availability and the cheapest rental being 70 dollars a day.
All of these replies that they give us on these reviews are bullshit too because they know that their policies suck. This company deserves 0 stars and I will post this in every place that I can because shitty companies like this don't need to be on business.

Was involved in an accident on September 10th with their client who backed into me. Poor communication with adjuster. I only received an email stating they are still "working" my claim. I sent them pictures and everything. It took the adjuster almost 2 weeks just to call me back after the first 30 days had passed. Almost two months now and still nothing.
I'm not even a policy holder with this insurance company & I would not recommend it to anyone that I know. I have no choice but to get a lawyer now because this is just ridiculous!

If I could give this a zero start I would! Horrible staff! They do not follow up with you Giovanny Martinez was bias, Omar Omal his superiors did not listen to my concerns I even try to contact Victoria his supervisor and she never returned none of my calls or email. Even tho there where pictures, blue form, of the day of the accident they did not want to be responsible for my car damage that their insure driver did.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. This isn't even insurance, some guy hit my car and this is his sucky insurance. My car got hit December 14th 2020 they took forever to Calle about it. They finally called me January 22nd about sending a check. I NEVER got it. They supposedly sent me another one on February 22nd STILL NEVER GOT IT! THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONES OR CALL BACK.

If i could give less than one star, I would. This company is a payment service for other insurance companies and their website cannot match acct # to zip code, very basic stuff, so it is impossible to make a payment. They also do not answer the 800 # when you have issues and call.4 different times only to be hung up on after 6-8 rings. I finally resolved my issue by calling my ACTUAL insurance company, Aggressive Insurance, and a sales person took my payment. I'll never use Bluefire Insurance Services again anytime or anywhere.
