I do not recommend them at all. They made error after error causing far more headache than they are worth. After countless days playing phone tag, countless follow-ups, and countless phone calls to Safecal to fix a mistake they caused, I have come to the conclusion that they have no idea what they are doing. On my last phone call with Safecal, I was spoken over by an incredibly rude and unprofessional person named Meg who ultimately hung up on me.

Hardly what i would consider helpful. A quick phone call to the insurance company cleared up the confusion resulting from Safecal's incompetent blunder. Meg should learn about customer service before she is responsible for resolving any further customer issues.

I called at least 5 brokers and agencies looking for a decent deal because I have two points on my record and my previous insurance tripled my premium. Odette was able to find a company that offered me the same massive insurance coverage (100K/300K) for only 30% more than my original premium before the tickets. Outstanding! Been with them for years and their rates have always been very competitive.

Probably one of the easiest insurance experiences I've ever had. These guys are constantly on top of it for me reducing my overall cost. I was paying almost 450 a month for my two cars and got it reduced down to 200. This was such a big deal for me and fiance. These are the go to guys! Highly recommend.

This place is horrible, they made me and my family wait 2 whole weeks for a auto quote stringing us along. I WENT TO A DIFFERENT PLACE AND GOT 3 AUTO INSURANCE AND A CONDO QOUTED AND FINALIZED THE Same DAY FOR $1000.00 LESS. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she gave me the run around and passed the phone to her friend in the office to pretend it was the super.

I called them out and all they would say is well what can we do. After we canceled with safecal they continued to deducted payments. This place gives Armenians a bad name. I was there two days ago and spoke with Tanya. She did everything to find a good one. I was surprised because I thought that insurance agents will try to sell anyway because of the commission. Tanya did everything to sell good one( cheap and acceptable) Good job Tanya

Customer service is literally non-existent. I've been following up for about two weeks straight to have a copy of my insurance policy faxed over to my lender and nothing. I've had my lender call and ask them about four times and he's faxed them request forms a couple of times and still nothing. It feels like a joke at this point. During this time I'm getting charged for an extra policy by my lender because according to their records my car doesn't have insurance.

Worst experience ever, never got a call back to insure my commercial truck and ended up loosing money. Not recommended at all. Not trusted company to work with.

Safeco was Quick to get insurance on my new Scooter. But I checked and found all the competing companies were half price. So, I canceled the next day. THEY CONFIRMED THE CANCELATION. The following day they withdrew $377.50 from my checking account. (half the total). It's been almost 2 weeks now and they haven't refunded this payment yet.

OMG! best insurance experience i've had in my life! no hassle and bussle! no wasting my time! no trying to sell me smth i totally don't need! best service in its purity! If you still think that insurance agents are sleazy suited creatures with mounds of paperwork and heavy handed insurance language- kiss your stereotypes goodbye. If there was a 6th star Odet and her team would get that too. Apples to Apples Odet delivered on price, coverage, and service. Very friendly, professional and knowledgable, she explained the whole policy in an idiot language that I would understand! I didn't think my 8 years relationship with my previous insurance could of been beat! I was wrong!

Got my insurance lowered by $180 with one phone call. Gino was very professional and quick. Thanks guys

They are the best Insurance company I have ever worked with! I saved $110 a month on my auto insurance. They also do Obamacare and Life Insurance in the same location. I got $300.000 Life insurance for $38 a month! I will always refer all of my friend and family to Safecal. You guy Rock!

I gave them all the info requested for a commercial insurance quote. I had a quote delivered to me in writing. When I asked for the associated policy jacket, they took a week to get back to me and eventually rescinded the quote. On top of that, their communication skills were generally terrible. No communication for days, emails were almost indecipherable. This company is a complete waste of time.

I got my insurance from Armen Simonian not in Glendale Location got it in Sherman Oaks loactions. Very friendly environment and very friendly agent I got a low downpayment and my monthly is good. I'm saving over $1500 a year. Highly recommend it.
