We offer refundable and non-refundable premium plans. Each loan's insurance Commitment/Certificate specifies whether it is eligible for a mortgage insurance premium refund. Located in downtown Milwaukee, the MGIC (Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation) has one of the more unusual building designs. Most of the surrounding buildings were designed in the late 1800's or early 1900's so this very modern design stands out. The building is an inverted pyramid in stark black and white. There is a public cafe in the building.
