If i could give no stars i would. I just submitted a claim for my roof that has wind damaged caused by my neighbors tree. Then they sent a adjuster out by the name of Mark Stromberger who didn't take any pictures of the damage. And then he went on vacation and took a whole week to send in my claim. So Wisconsin Insurance Plan said that they couldn't do nothing about my roof. Although the tree rubbed the shingles off and down to the board. I suggest if your looking for an insurance company pass these people up. They are not good business people.
