Branch manager extremely rude, yelling and patronizing over the phone, at a huge mistake her agent did, and she admitted to it. Wouldn't provide a solution, and was extremely rude.

I worked with Vanessa Ortiz vanessa.ortiz@freewayinsurance.com at this location. I had the absolute worse experience with her. I should have known by how pushy she was being from the start. I really needed insurance ASAP and the price that she was offering wasn't that bad. The down payment was crazy but the payments weren't that bad. We talked about a certain document that I needed, Vanessa let me know it was included and that they would send it to the DMV for me once we completed everything.

She said if I added my bank information my payments would be $5 cheaper so I gave her my bank info. Come to find out she never entered my bank information and instead put the auto pay on my credit card without my permission. A few weeks later I get a letter from the DMV saying my license was going to be suspended since they never got the form that was needed.

I called Vanessa back and all she said was "I don't recall." We had talked about it so many times because that was the most important thing. but she didn't know anything about it and started getting really rude with me. She said it would be $1 to add her and why do I have to pay for this if it was supposed to be added already. Her response was "It's $25 now" and I asked why? Vanessa continued to say "Since you have a problem with the $1 is now $25".

I couldn't believe what she was saying and rude she was being. She was just being so NASTY. I said please add the form and send it to the DMV, I'm going through a lot in my life right now and I just need this taken care of. Vanessa's response was "You aren't the only one going through things in Life" and hung up on me! It was all so horrible.

I called back twice (323-503-9896) and she finally picked up. I begged her to help me with this form and after some time she took my payment for the $1, added the form and said it would be electronically sent to the DMV. It's been a week and a half, I go to the DMV (because I now have to pay $55 to reinstate my license) and the form is still not on file. I'm SOL now.

Apparently when I called the insurance company on 7/2/2021 to cancel my card on file, they canceled my whole policy. At this point I'm happy they canceled the policy. Thank god I found someone that can really help me. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AND STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM Vanessa Ortiz vanessa.ortiz@freewayinsurance.com 323-503-9896. She's pure EVIL! I feel sorry for her. I wish I could give them ZERO.

Downy location Samuel. I am very thankful to have had Samuel from the Freeway Insurance Downey location to assist me. What a man! Jasmine not sure how u spell her name but she honestly needs to learn how to be respectful and learn how to talk to ppl and be professional with her client and not Swear and call ppl names and be in her cell phone while helping out on insurance she was more on her cell phone then helping me out with questions had a bad attitude get upset and rolls her eyes at me for asking her a question and she's not professional at all she needs to get fired or more working skills that she does not have.

Steven was amazing! He made buying insurance not such a headache and a drag! He took his time to explain everything and make sure I understood everything. He really did everything he could to get me the best price! He was patient and friendly! So If you call make sure to ask for STEVEN! Best customer service ever! Thank you so much Steven!

My wife and I were calling to get a quote on our 3 cars, and Ashley A was amazing and very helpful. However in the middle of our process, we heard in the background someone cussing in Spanish which I understood and was disgusted by their professionalism. I'm leaving 1 start in regard to those guys who I assume is the manager, but I'm giving Ashley Aguirre 5 stars because she kept apologizing for them. I told her I would call back another day because I could not tolerate that professionalism. Unbelievable I'm not recommending this place to anyone.

Talk about making it easy on you. Didn't even have to leave my home. Every question I needed to be answer was done so. Professional and to the point if you have question regarding your policy they will answer promptly. The team members makes you feel welcomed and respected. Was about to get get everything done from my bed, may I as with a better rate than I currently have. Special thanks to Ashley and Richard for making this a great time and not a hassle.

I wish I could rate this place 50 stars! Steve (great personality with an even better Brooklyn accent) and his underwriter Richard were quick, knowledgable, honest and attentive. They made this whole process so stressfree which is what we all NEED when dealing with insurance. My last company was a nightmare and this division of Freeway was a lifesaver. I appreciate you guys! And I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who needs auto insurance.

Sometimes I can be a little hostile but I think it was because I had a bad week or something which is not your fault you're just trying to make sure I'm insured. I literally just went in there for a quote and I ended up getting car insurance huh? Very efficient service although the parking it's very uncomfortable and their restroom is always out of service for their own customers. Sometimes if you have a little one they still won't have compassion
