Becky Dayton with Responsive is a wonderful insurance advisor. I purchased a home with a few prior claims and many insurers were either very hesitant to insure, or wanted an exorbitant premium. Becky worked with many providers and ultimately matched us with the insurance that best fit our needs. Other insurance advisors didn't even try to take half the time Becky did to understand all items, question issues which seemed odd, and explain everything in great detail to me with varying options. Very happy with Relation & hoping Becky can work some of her magic on my auto policy next!

Been with the agency for decades as they changed and were absorbed by bigger fish. Find their service today to be poor; no continuity of service providers. The person handling your policy today may be different the next time you need them. Your contact person can be hard to reach on the phone and your call goes to VM, not to another person in the office who will offer to assist you. Too big to provide quality service and if you don't have good customer service you have nothing to offer. It's time for a change.
