You will receive personal customer service with any issues you may have. It can be overwhelming to choose insurance so we work hard to provide the resources and information that you may need. We specialize in health and life insurance products for individuals, families, and businesses. As an independent health insurance broker, we are licensed by the State of Oregon to represent and work for our clients in the purchase and service of insurance products. We work throughout the state including the cities of Portland, Eugene, Salem, Gresham, Beaverton, Tigard, Corvallis, Cottage Grove, Medford, Bend, and all others. We offer Pacific Source, Kaiser Permanente, Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, Health Net, MODA, United Health Care, Providence, and many more.
Chris Boone joined BIA in 2004, and currently holds the position of President and Sales Associate. He graduated from OSU in 2003, with a degree in Business Finance. He is actively involved in the Eugene Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), and various other community organizations.

Thank you BIA for taking such good care of me. My initial set up was with Chris. Every year I am contacted to let me know if there is another way they could help me save money on my Medicare supplement insurance. This year I was contacted by Terri and she was so very helpful. She went above and beyond and even checked out future ways I could save and still get good coverage.
Since I am on disability she also checked out to see if I could get assistance with my premiums. She also checked into my prescription plan and hopefully I will be able to save when open enrollment comes. 5 STARS TO ALL WHO WORK AT BIA! Thank you again for caring for your clients!

After the way this agency handled setting up my Medicare insurance I can't recommend using them. Their agent missed having me sign crucial papers and did not follow through to make sure my Medicare coverage had started properly. It hadn't. I currently have no Medicare coverage. The company's reply to me is that they "have had a lot of problems with clients not understanding what Boone does for them".
Perhaps this business needs to do a better job of explaining their services to clients? Several months after Boone misinformed me about my Medicare coverage I received a phone call from them telling me that *might* have sent me another Boone client's personal information by mistake. I was not told to return this info to Boone, but instead to simply "dispose of it" -- which would put that other Boone customer at risk for identity theft.

We have been working with Chris and the team for several years on various health care insurance products. Chris or his team members have always explained product options and issues to consider as we have made insurance, now medicare choices. They have taken the time to listen to our needs and to find products that will meet our needs.
