Rod took the time to explain things when we had questions. He speaks clearly, and is very professional. He is not pushy and presents information to help you find the insurance you want. Things that at first seem complicated become much more clear with his guidance. My wife and I really appreciate the help he provides, and we enjoy his good humor.

One of the agents was giving me advice on health insurance and she wasn't even licensed to do that as well as trying helping others out of state that has no coverage from them. They walk around with guns and threaten people that are trying to do business with them. Horrible people even worse leadership. The agents fight with each other and complain about the boss after hours in the bar next door. Very unprofessional and definitely are doing nobody a favor.

In September I lost my home in the Holiday Farm Fire. When I saw a video on social media of my destroyed home to call Sharon of Rod Dunlaps Progressive Insurance in Springfield. She held me with kid gloves and utmost compassion and professionalism! Her kindness towards me still brings tears to my eyes as I write this review some 6 months later. The fire victims compare notes. Progressives coverage seems to cover me in ways other companies arent covering! Honestly. I feel so extremely fortunate to have been backed by this group of people. This place was a lot better when Kaylyn was here. I've had nothing but issues since she left. I found her at a different office and moved my policies over there. Surprisingly she only had good things to say about this office, which goes to show how good of a person she is as this office had nothing nice to say about her when I asked. I don't know that anyone should trust their insurance with a group of people who talk badly about ex employees to their customers. It says a lot about their character.
