The person/s answering the phone is friendly and is able to answer your question, if not you are transferred to someone in a timely manner. Filing a claim is easy and the staff works your claim as if was their own vehicle. Last, I believe they do the bedt they can to find you the best rate for your driving needs.

I have been with TD Insurance since I came to Arizona 15 years ago. I tried some of the other big companies and the service was definitely lacking. I know I can call Marc anytime with any questions any time. I had an accident and although the other person was taking on the responsibility he walked me through the steps of what to do and let me know what would happen.

Any time my insurance is due for renewal, he shops around and lets me know if my policy is going up and what may be most cost effective. I can't get that through an 800 number.
