This coverage pays for damages the insured becomes legally obligated to pay due to bodily injury, property damage, or personal and advertising injury that arises from its premises, operations, completed operations, and/or products. We lost our homeowners insurance, and our former agent told us not to worry; she would find us another carrier. After several follow up calls by us during which we were told not to worry; all would be well, we got the word that with 10 days to go until our expiration, we no longer had a promise of a new policy. Just good luck, nothing we can do. My husband called State Farm, who held our other full service insurance needs for years, and they recommended NEU, Northeast Underwriters Insurance.
Their agent, Savi, returned my call right away, took our information and told me what documents to send to her. By the end of the afternoon, she had us in a new policy that we could finalize immediately. Worked magic, in our minds! She was professional, optimistic, and very helpful. I had a great experience switching my homeowner's insurance over to Northeast Underwriters. My agent, Savi was very professional and made the process extremely easy.
