Your legal team requires that all exhibitors have compliant liability insurance naming "Your Organization" as additional insured. It is for this reason they include the "insurance" paragraph in the terms and conditions section of the exhibitor agreement. By accomplishing this, you are mitigating your risk and shielding your own insurance policy against claims that might arise due to the negligence of your exhibitors. With absolutely no work for either you or your exhibitors, you will achieve 100% compliance from every exhibitor.
One pre-filled master policy is created for your tradeshow, through which, any of your exhibitors can purchase compliant insurance online for only $84. Exhibitors located anywhere in the world can purchase through this program. We provide you with a "LINK" that you can post in your exhibitor manual.
Your contract with the venue stipulates that you are responsible for anything that happens during your show. We want to make sure that any claim emanating from an exhibitor's booth does not reach and affect your insurance policy. The method to do this is by making sure each exhibitor has insurance, and that insurance names you as additional insured.
The Inability to Attend Program is registration refund insurance and can be used for your attendees and or your exhibitors. It will refund registrants, who cancel for a covered reason, 100% of their registration fees, no matter when they cancel, right up through the first day of the show. You will never issue a refund again, in effect, protecting all of your registration revenues.
