Karla was incredibly responsive and helpful in our purchase of a new homeowners policy. The people at Statz and Associates, especially Karla Bunjevac, were extremely diligent in searching out and finding an insurance carrier for my Personal Training business. After finding one that was mutually acceptable in meeting the requirements of both the insurer and insured, she kept on working hard with both parties to make sure that the "fit" was right and that the proper information was provided. We have been insured through Statz & Associates for quite a few years and are very happy with their staff and services. I love that they are an independent agent with several companies to choose from for our auto, home and umbrella policy. Each year as our renewal approaches, they check coverage and prices with all of their companies to make sure we are getting the best coverage at the best rate so there is no need to shop around on our part!
They truly listen to their clients needs and make sure they have all of the coverage they need. We had a storm damage claim to our roof, which needed to be replaced. The claim process was so quick and easy and the roofing company even commented on what great coverage we had! My husband and I are so thankful that we have an agent that makes sure we always have the best coverage and at the best price!

Awesome! I've experience wonderful customer service with this agency. I've worked with them on my Medicare, Auto, Home and Finacial Planing needs. They've always been there to go above and beyond and work with my carriers to help me thru medical/auto claims. They have reviewed my policies annually to make sure my policy is still the best one for me. I would recommend to a friend for sure.
