I have been a customer of J & L Insurance for years and have always appreciated the personal attention & service given from either Jim and Larry, the owners (Hence the name, J & L) or Jackie, the wonderful office manager who holds down the fort. Larry, who is normally a sweet guy recently posted on Facebook, "If you voted for Trump, unfriend me and get out of my life. Friends and family alike." I would never say anything this toxic to anyone, much less someone I considered a friend, and especially a family member. It's sad to see politics drive someone to be this hateful and unprofessional. I would seriously reconsider using J&L.unless you're a democrat. Sad.

No StarsTerrible experience. After a week of dealing with a roof inspection service at their order, they called to inform me I got the wrong inspection because they should have communicated with the inspection service but that would require doing actual work. So now I have no insurance and have made a $100 donation to the inspection service and got nothing for it. Call Geico or All State.
